You will find the main theme documentation inside the main theme download package which you can download from http://themeforest.net/downloads if you've not already done so. Make sure to download "All files & documentation" - not just the theme files.
Once you download that zip file and unzip it, you will find a subfolder called /documentation/commercegurus with a file called index.html inside it. Open that file to view the main theme documentation.
