Let's update the following section:
Step 1
First, to change the content of the Top Bar, go to Appearance > Widgets > Top Bar
Switch to the 'Text' tab.
This is the default content:

Change the content as you wish.
Step 2
Next, to enable, disable or change the colors of the Top Bar we'll open the Customizer.
Appearance > Customize > Header & Navigation > Top Bar
