The theme options built into Newspread allow you to do lots of really interesting things and allow you to personalize your site your way.
What's wonderful is that you can see the changes in real time and decide if you want to keep them before saving.
Open the Customizer via Appearance > Customizer and go to 'Header and Navigation'
In the video below, we're doing a number of things:
- Changing the Header Style to Style Two - this is a simpler layout - without an advertising banner and with the logo centered.
- Adjusting the Header Height from 160px to 120px
- Moving the Navigation from below the header to above
- Switching on the 'sticky' navigation which keeps the navigation bar on screen as you scroll
There are lots of more options within this section for you to discover including setting the header background color and changing the navigation typography.
You can do it all within the customizer and see the results in real time!
