For folks who would prefer not to add the demo content but still want the extra custom fields such as Show/Hide Page title.
Go to Custom Fields -> Tools
Then import the file attached at the bottom of this page using the Import Field Groups feature.
I'm missing a Show/Hide Page Title Option and a Secondary Title Print
