The top bar of Hypermart are made up of widgets. You can find them within Appearance > Widgets > Top Bar Left and Top Bar Right. It's straightforward to edit any of the text and links.
You can change the background color of the top bar and the text and hover colors of the elements within it via the Customizer. Appearance > Customize > Colors > Top Bar. Just edit and save.
